I’d like to know, just as a random wondering. Also, add why you preffer which one.
I like Petco, but that’s because they have a “better” selection of dog food. By better I mean better ingredients and not just IAMS or whatever. Also the store is nicer in Ganesville than the Petsmart, but that doesn’t matter much does it?

Petsmart!!!
I always liked petsmart better, they had a larger variety of cat food, had a whole bunch of cat toys, and were very helpful…since I moved, I haven’t been able to find the local pet-anything, so I’ve just been getting my stuff at wal-mart.
i agree with u and think petco its better
neither cuz their both expensive as all hell…but if I had to choose, i’d say petco.
I like petco it is nicer and it has larger variety of pet foods and toys and more.
I’m not sure where you live, but in Northern Virginia it seems that the PetSmarts are nicer. Although, Petco is remodeling many of their stores and catching up I think. I used to only go to Petco because they carry saltwater fish and PetSmart does not.
They are the both the same to me, kindove. But I think Petsmart is a little bit better. But I dont know why I think that.
I only shop at Petsmart because thats the only place around in Cache Valley, Utah.
I Like both places because they allow your pet to come in . That make a big difference , also the have treat for the pet and the pet can pick out what he like the best, That helps you buy what your pet wants to eat. and you save money that way . If you choose sometime they don’t like to eat it (since it’s there taste buds) then your waste your money.
I go to both but I buy my supplies at Petsmart if I don’t order them from a different online site, which I normally do. The Petsmart around here is much newer and way cheaper. I went to Petco to see their prices for a filter and it was over 10 bucks more at Petco then it was at Petsmart, a buck here or there isn’t a big deal but $10 is way too much. The Petco is also very run down, I understand that it is an old store but there are things that can be done to improve it, repaving the very cracked parking lot that is filled with pot holes would be a start. The way this Petsmart takes care of their animals is nicer and cleaner then that Petco too.

I like petco because they have the same if not better stuff for your pets and you I find that at times it is cheaper or you get a bigger discount on dog food. ( Hills Science Diet $22.00 with card about $19.00 ) Hey but this is in Covina Ca……
To me, I always have like Petsmart better. I think they have a better variety of pets supplies, but I think that Petsco has a better variety of reptiles. but Petsmart has a better variety of fish. They’re both good stores, but I do prefer Petsmart.
Niether! I always get my pet supplies at “Walmart. They always have a large variety of name-brand products and some store brands that, in many cases, are just as good. Plus, they are not near as “pricey” as the other two stores.
