This is why dogs should be feed a raw diet or barf diet then no one will have to worry about dog food. If they are eating the same food as we do then there is less chance of them getting sick.

I just had to cancel an order from petco, but they will not refund me on the canned venison and brown rice. They said it is processed differently, but that when it gets to my home I can send it back. They did refund the dry version, and told me to throw it away when it gets here. I am stationed in Germany, and am almost out of food for dogs. I do not know what to feed them now. I am going to the German pet store, and ask them for their best stuff, but I can not read German, so I how will I really know how good it is unless it is solid gold brand? This really sucks. I am thinking of ordering that canidae, but what the heck am i gonna do in the mean time. Thanks a lot natural balance!

A young couple who belongs to our local kennel club (Kennel Club of Greater Victoria, TX) and who own Cavaliers have lost two dogs over the weekend and may loose more from this food. Their dogs are at Texas A & M Vet. School hospital and the ones that died have been autopsied in hopes of finding what is in this food to cause the problems. They have three others that are not yet out of the woods.

Almost goes to show no dog of cat food is going to be safe pretty soon. Good Quality or poor quality. It’s getting a tad bit crazy if you ask me!. Just wish things could be made from ingredients in the USA then maybe we wouldn’t worry to much. Get’s me a little frustrated we always gotta get things from foreign companies. But that’s the way things go.

well i don’t have to worry about that because i feed chicken soup dog food. i have been feeding this for the last 3 yrs and never had a problem with it. so if you want to change the food that you are feeding your dog then try chicken soup it is all natural and it is a good food for dogs and cats. it is good for the skin and coat. what is also nice when feeding this food is that their poop is firm and keeps their weight looking good. it is also not that expensive.
