I would like to know what kind of wet foods are out there that are good and healthy. My cat currently enjoys science diet dry food and meow mix wet food. Today i bought sophisticat supreme wet food for my cat to try out and she seemed to enjoy that a lot. But i don’t know if these foods are exactly healthy for her. Help me out, please?
What are some good and healthy wet foods for my cat to eat?

Iams is an excellent brand. Though a bit more expensive, it is a good-quality food. Fancy feast is another good-quality brand.
There are SO many brands out there that the best thing you can do is to learn to read labels. First thing you need to look for is meat as the first few ingredients. Any type of meat is fine, as long as its not “animal” or “fish”, you want to see specifics. Second, there should be no corn, wheat, or soy. These are all considered fillers, and will cause your cat to overeat. Science diet and Iams are actually notorious for this, and are two of the worst, most overpriced foods on the market. Third, you want no by-products of any kind. These are all the undesirable parts of human produced foods, (hoofs, teeth, nails, nasty stuff). Stay away from anything labeled as “animal digest”. Good brands are Wellness, Blue Buffalo, Merrick’s, Innova, Weruva, Orijin, Felidae, Chicken soup for the cat lovers soul, along with many others. Once you learn how to read labels, it will make selecting your food much easier.
Here are some websites for you to check out as well.

The current foods you are feeding are not very good.
Higher quality dry and canned foods are Wellness, Blue Buffalo, Natural Balance, Max Cat, Innvo and Iams (canned only – not the dry).
My cat is spoiled, by feeding her 9lives wet cat food, her coat got shiny.
Natural Balance, Wellness, and Innova Evo are some excellent examples of canned cat food. You can them in local pet stores rather than at the supermarket. Some of these brands are at Petco. They are a bit expensive, but try a small bag and a few cans first to see if your cat likes it. If not, try something else that is high-quality, high-calorie.
I feed my cats Wellness dry and wet. I also feed them Veterinary Diet due to one’s special needs.
